2023 Cheyenne Arts Celebration
Food Vendor Form
We would love to have you join us for the 2023 Cheyenne Arts Celebration. Last year was such a fun time, with good weather, good music, and all the food and art you could want! Both participants and vendors agreed that it was one for the books.
Who Should Apply
We’d love to feature a variety of items from tacos, to sandwiches, specialty foods and sweets. We have room to feature up to 5 food trucks at our event, and will close the application as soon as this number is met.
Timeline

- Applications open on Wednesday April 12th, 2023
- Applications close on Monday, July 17th (if 5 slots have not already been filled)
- Notification of acceptance to the event will occur within 5 business days of receipt of application.

Applicant Information
If accepted, Food Trucks will be required to abide by the following rules:

- Food truck vendors will work in the assigned space they are provided
- Food truck vendors will clean their entire area of trash and debris
- Food truck vendors will avoid undue disturbance (i.e. loud generators, music, etc.)

Food trucks are required to provide the following items to be considered:

- Copy of Insurance
- Business License
- Copy of Menu

Logistics

- Food Truck Space Fee – $25.00
- Check-in and set up – 8-10 am on August 12th; no early setup is allowed
- Teardown – 8:00 pm on August 12th; no early teardown is allowed
- Power – no power is available on site; generators are allowed, but must be blimped
- Tables & Chair – tables and chairs will be provided at the event site

Payment and Refunds

- After your acceptance, all food truck space payments must be received by August 7th, 2023
- No exhibit space refunds will be given for cancellations after August 10, 2023
