Cheyenne Arts Celebration
Artist Vendor Form
The 2026 Cheyenne Arts Celebration is taking place on Saturday, August 8th from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Every year we select artists who create handmade, visual fine art in the areas of painting, photography, mixed media, drawing, ceramics, printmaking, fine fiber, sculpture, as well as artisans with handcrafted items. We do not accept third-party sales vendors, and 80% of the work in each booth must be original works.

Applications are generally open between March/April through mid June.
Below are general criteria, timelines, and information you’ll need to apply for next year, as well as an example timeline from this year.
2026 Application Timeline
Call for Artists/Artisans opens: Wednesday, March 25, 2026
Call Closes: Friday, June 12, 2026
Jury period: June 12-17th, 2026
Notification to Artists/Artisans: Thursday, June 17th, 2026
Artist’s reply for acceptance: Wednesday, June 30, 2026
Booth Fee due: Friday, July 24, 2026
Show date: Saturday, August 8th, 2026
*Note: We will notify accepted artists of site placement, set up and tear down logistics, and all other information at the time of acceptance. This information is subject to change leading up to the event due to other logistics changes that may occur. We will keep you informed of any changes that arise.
2026 Application Information
Artists/artisans interested in submitting must complete the application and include up to 5 images of their original work as well as a booth set-up photo. Please note: No AI generated or derived work will be accepted or tolerated at the Cheyenne Arts Celebration.
If artists are interested in sharing a booth, both must apply separately and note their desire to share on the application. We have room to host up to 45 artists at this event.
- 10’x10’ single space is $75
- 20’ x 20’ double space is $125
A payment link will be provided to artists at the time of acceptance. Payments made be made via the digital payment link or in person at the Cheyenne Creativity Center (1620 Thomes Ave). Booth fees are due by July 24th in order to be included in the event. If an artist fails to pay their booth fee by the specified date, their invitation will be rescinded. Please pay your booth fees on time.
No booth space refunds will be given for cancellations after August 1st, 2026.
2026 Jury Process
This show will be juried by members of the Arts Cheyenne Board of Directors. If the guidelines listed in the call and the application are not met, artists/artisans applying will not be considered.
2026 Booth Expectations
- This event will be taking place in South Lions Park. Set up time and tear down time will be communicated at the time of event acceptance
- Please note: If artist/artisan participants tear down early they may not be invited back to future events
- There will be no power available on site, please plan accordingly!
- Generators will not be allowed so as not to disturb the music environment
- All booths must have a minimum 40lb, per corner, weighted tent/awning set-up
- Staking is not allowed per the City Parks Department
- All artists are responsible for and required to report their own sales taxes during the event.
