Arts Cheyenne has a 10-person Board of Directors representing the local cultural community.


Mike Morris
Board President
Mike is the Natural Resource Program Principal at the Wyoming Department of Environment Quality. He is also a performing musician.

Steve Knox
Board Vice President
Steve is an art teacher at East High School, Laramie County School District #1 and a practicing fine art painter.

Joe Chenchar
Board Secretary
Joe is a Deputy County Attorney for Laramie County and is also a multimedia card game developer.

Carey Hartmann
Board Treasurer
Carey is the Laramie County Librarian and a practicing artist.

Bria Hammock
Board Member
Bria is a contemporary wilderness painter, muralist and a graphic designer.

Daniel Jaspersen
Board Member
Daniel is a professional magician, mentalist and public speaker.

Renee Jelinek
Board Member
Renee is co-owner of the Paramount Cafe, Paramount Ballroom, and The Lincoln performance theatre.

J O'Brien
Board Member
J is the Communications and Creative Arts Pathway Coordinator at Laramie County Community College.

Becky Tish
Board Member
Becky is a community singer and the Assistant Director of the Cheyenne Chamber Singers.


Desirée Brothe
Public Art Coordinator
Desirée oversees operations of the Cheyenne Creativity Center, and manages Public Art. She also runs Magpie Creations, an art creation business.

Bill Lindstrom
Executive Director
Bill is a long-time arts and culture advocate and arts organization manager.
